MAXFOAM WITH NOVAFLEX®
NovaFlex® is a revolutionary method of foaming using naturally occurring carbon dioxide, brought to the slabstock foam industry by Hennecke.Laader Berg gives you the highest Flat-topped block In comparison to other blowing agents only small quantities of carbon dioxide are required. Carbon dioxide is also inexpensive and readily available. Together, these factors have a favourable effect on the total formulation cost.

The foam produced by NovaFlex® is fine celled, unusually elastic and of very high quality. Foam densities of 15 kg/m3 and lover are attainable. The new foam products made using the NovaFlex® technology are particularly suited for furniture applications as the final layer (the "soft touch"), in the recreational and camping industries, and in the automobile field, where there are a wide range of interior applications.
